The CIRC Pants LOOOP are the hobbyhorse of the Hiking Circularity collection, as they were our first circular product made from recycled material from old, discarded clothing.

With their pre-shaped knees, the CIRC Pants LOOOP offer an optimal fit that provides you with the best comfort even on long hikes or challenging trails. The trousers are also water-repellent, so you can rely on them even in unexpected rain showers. The sustainable outdoor clothing for hiking has a practical thigh pocket as well as two zipped trouser pockets and a back pocket, providing you with enough storage space for your essentials on the go. The CIRC Pants LOOOP are also comfortable and offer maximum freedom of movement. All these features make the CIRC Pants LOOOP perfect for an unforgettable outdoor adventure in the mountains.

Why is circularity important?

Climate change affects us all, which is why sustainability is playing an increasingly important role in the textile industry. The Hiking Circulyrity collection from Schöffel is resource and environmentally friendly and has a significantly lower carbon footprint than comparable products.

What is Schöffel's goal?

Schöffel's aim is to produce environmentally friendly outdoor clothing that is durable and has a low footprint. Repair - Re-use - Recycle. In the Schöffel Service Factory, damaged clothing can be repaired in order to extend the life of individual products. Only when the clothing can no longer be used does the recycling process come into play. Here we work with monocomponent products and our partner Rittec to produce new, recycled and high-quality clothing.

What is monocomponent?

Products usually consist of different materials and individual parts such as fabrics or zippers. Often all components of these products are made from different raw materials. With the monocomponent products in the Hiking Circularity collection, care is taken to use only one material. This material is reintroduced into the cycle in an almost loss-free recycling process and processed into a high-quality new product.
